1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SkyBridge Travels website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 20% may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made 30 days before departure or before travel documents are issued. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Generally:
- 60+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
Deposits are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
4. Travel Documents
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended return date. SkyBridge Travels is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.
5. Flight and Hotel Changes
Airlines and hotels may change schedules, cancel flights, or overbook accommodations. While we will assist in making alternative arrangements, SkyBridge Travels is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such changes by third-party providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
SkyBridge Travels acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and emergency evacuation. SkyBridge Travels does not provide travel insurance but can recommend reputable providers.
8. Health and Vaccination Requirements
You are responsible for checking and complying with all health and vaccination requirements for your destination. Some countries require proof of certain vaccinations. Consult your doctor or travel clinic at least 8 weeks before departure.
9. Force Majeure
SkyBridge Travels is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
